In 2021, she earned her mortgage license in Florida and has since expanded her reach—now licensed in multiple states including Texas, Georgia, and North Carolina. Suany specializes in FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan programs and takes pride in offering transparent, honest, and reliable guidance throughout the mortgage process.
